6-Step Process
For your convenience, we have made available our step-by-step process to lead you through everything from initial contact to deployment of security services. Your privacy and success are our priority, and we believe that making our process transparent streamlines everything for our clients.
Potential clients will request information on security services they need and when the services need to be rendered. Treston Security Services initiate a brief intake and schedule an on-site visit to have a full meeting and provide a free threat assessment.
At the scheduled meeting, the potential client will have an opportunity to share all their security requirements and concerns with us. We will review their existing security plan and its execution and also conduct a complimentary threat assessment by performing a walk-through.
After analyzing the inputs received from the meeting, walk-through, and/or threat assessment, we will furnish a customized proposal and cost estimate for our services for your review.
We will arrange an in-person or virtual meeting to discuss the proposal and estimate with you. During the meeting, we will address any queries or apprehensions you may have. Subsequently, we will finalize the costs and agree on a commencement date for the services.
A contract encompassing all the agreed-upon terms will be prepared by us based on our discussions. The contract will be signed by you, the client, and Treston Security Services. Any additional documents such as NDA’s will also be signed during this step.
We will initiate security services on the agreed-upon date. You can be assured that we have taken care of all your security needs, allowing you to focus on the success of your business.
